Two boys took a trip to swiss, and then they found a bulletin board by the riverside, written "If anybody rescue drowning man, he`ll received 5000$"

They thought it`s a good chance to make money

So they promised, a boy drown the river and a boy rescue.

Few second later, a boy drowned himself in the river, and he shout "help!!!"  but the other boy didn`t rescue his friend 

The drowned boy difficulty swimmed out by himself,  and he asked "hey, why didn`t you keep the promise, I almost die in the river"

Then his friend said "Look!! there are another small letters on the bulletin board,  It`s written, If anybody rescue dead man, he`ll received 10,000$"
